- Customer Care: Assist walk-in customers in the shop.
- Communication: Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media.
- Order Management: Process and fulfill orders coming through our website.
⚙️ What We Are Looking For
- Motorcycle Knowledge: Strong understanding of motorcycle parts and accessories is required.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy to handle online orders and messaging apps.
- Communication Skills: Friendly, reliable, and clear communication with customers.
