  • Often times it`s vibration that causes G-style clips to break up or there is play in the gudgeon pin that forces the mounting stub to shear
  • The C-type can neither be loosened by the movement of the gudgeon pin, nor can it break

  • Ensure the circlip groove is completely clean prior to installation and that the clip sits securely in the groove
